RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation terms: Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or by
check or money order for a deposit equal to 1 night's room
charge, plus tax. A reservation guarantees that we will hold
your room as requested and that you will take the accommodation
for the entire period. We do not overbook and will honor your
reservation; therefore, we require that you honor your
commitment for the full period reserved. No refunds are given
for early departure.
Cancellations: Cancellations require 10 days advance notification. Less than 10
days notice will result in the forfeiture of one night's room
charge per room reserved, plus tax. All other cancellations will
result in an administrative charge of $20 per cancellation.
Reservations shall be deemed commitments for the full period
requested.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Parking space is available for
one vehicle per unit. You need to request permission for an
additional vehicle.
Check-in after 2pm. Check-out
before 11am.
Office hours are from 8am-10pm.
No bicycling, rollerblading,
skateboarding or scooters on property.
