Limited to one (1) vehicle per unit . Please request permission to park additional vehicles. Management will try to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee that space will be available. Sorry, no trailer parking is available on our property during Americade and Adirondack Nationals Car Show.
Kids under 15 years of age stay free.
All room rates are based on 2 adult occupancy. For each additional adult there will be a $12 plus tax charge per night. Maximum 5 person occupancy per room or cabin.
Rollaway beds fee - $12 per night
Microwaves rental fee - $5 per night
Irons and hairdryers available upon request
Sorry, no bicycling, rollerblading, skateboarding, scootering or the like is permitted on our property.
Sorry, guests are not permitted to bring pets on our property.
Brookside Motel...and Cabins does not permit smoking in the interior of any motel room, cabin or other building on our property.
Brookside Motel...and Cabins asks that you respect "Quiet" hours from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am, for the comfort, relaxation and enjoyment of all our guests.
No Visitors, Please! Only registered guests of Brookside Motel....and Cabins are permitted on our property.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or by check or money order (subject to collection) for a deposit in the amount of one night's room charge, plus applicable taxes.
A reservation guarantees that Brookside Motel...and Cabins will hold your room as reserved and that you (and not an assignee or sublessee) will take the accommodation for the entire period originally reserved.
Brookside Motel...and Cabins does not overbook and gladly honors its reservations, and we therefore require that you honor your commitment in return for the full period reserved.
No refunds are given for early departure. No reservations may be assigned or sublet by any person or party other than the management of Brookside Motel...and Cabins.
Cancellations require ten (10)* days advance notification. Less than ten (10)* days notification will result in the forfeiture of your deposit in the amount of one night's room charge per room reserved, plus applicable taxes.
All other cancellations will result in an administrative charge of $25 per canceled room. A reservation shall be deemed a commitment for the full period originally reserved.
